Em tempo de Sanjoaninas disputou-se a Taça Açores de Dança Desportiva. As provas decorreram no Pavilhão Municipal de Desportos de Angra do Heroísmo. Depois da pandemia este é o primeiro Campeonato Regional que se faz englobando o trabalho a pares.
